Hankook Tire Car Repair Review

Ford was not repaired on first visit. Problem persisted. Auto is now 6,000.00 in damages and th claim is Ford dealership representative are not at fault.(and Ford did all the maintenance from purchase.) I will never purchase another vehicle with the letters FORD associated with it. This has been the worst customer experience ever.

Torque Converter Review

2012 f250, 700 miles torque converter was acting up, after 3 times in the shop , they replace it and problem was fixed! Now 14,100 miles it quits in the middle of the road , only to be towed in. Diagnosed with a busted high pressure fuel pump! They advised me it would be a $ 10,000.00 repair & would take at least 3 more weeks at the least to fix!! What ?????? I expected better out of a $ 60,000 dollar truck. Not to mention they won't provide me with a loaner or rental vehicle! Been loyal to ford but may be my last one!!!!

I have a 2017 Explorer with 20350 miles. Hankook tires are shot and no dealer or tire warranty. Shame on Ford and shame on Hankook.
